    ⇒ Attendant Referral Program helps persons with disabilities learn how to employ Personal Care Attendants, covering aspects such as recruiting, screening, making the hiring decision and training.
• Networking & Peer Support
    ⇒ A cornerstone concept in the philosophy of the independent living movement is the principle that people with disabilities should be in charge of their lives and that they are best helped by other persons with disabilities who have experienced and delt with similar experinces, conditions or circumstances. The purpose of peer support is for people with disabilities to help one another to cope, to learn, to grow and thrive in healthy and empowering ways, to gain perspective and insight from real practical experience on a peer level.
• Advocacy
    ⇒ Designed to help both individuals and the community as a whole to facitate clear, and consice and effective communication. In our view, all people with disabilities or not have the potential and indeed the right to function as prductive & contributing persons that fully integrate with all other parts of the community -- with empasis on a pragmatic, individualizied situations in an ecological perspective.
